Taylor Law & Mediation PLLC started in Mountain Home, Idaho, in 2013, and expanded to Boise, Idaho, in 2021. Taylor Law & Mediation PLLC further expanded to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho in 2022; into Pocatello, Idaho, in 2023; and Twin Falls, Idaho, in 2025. Stepparent Adoption

Stepparent adoption is exactly what it sounds like: when a stepparent completes the adoption process to adopt one or more stepchildren. At Taylor Law & Mediation PLLC, we think of stepparent adoptions in two categories:
