Attorney Robert J. TaylorTaylor Law & Mediation PLLC attorney and mediator Robert J. Taylor moved to Mountain Home, Idaho, in 1993. In addition to practicing law, Robert also serves as an engineer officer and public affairs officer in the Idaho Army National Guard. Prior to commissioning in 2008, he spent six years as a paralegal specialist for the Idaho Army National Guard.

Robert graduated from Mountain Home High School in 2002 and attended the College of Southern Idaho. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho in public relations; a master’s in  sports administration from American Military University; and a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law.

Before going to law school, Robert worked as a reporter at the Mountain Home News. He was the assistant adviser for the University of Idaho’s student media department while in law school and has won four Idaho Press Club awards for his work as a journalist and four awards from the National Guard Bureau for his work as a public affairs officer.

Robert opened Taylor Law & Mediation PLLC in Mountain Home in 2013 and expended into Boise, Idaho, in 2020 and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, in 2022.

Robert resides in Meridian, Idaho, with his wife and their three children.
